Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 3, 2026

This policy explains what information technicalcopy.com collects, how I use it and which outside services receive it. You can send questions about it through the contact form.

Information You Send Me

You can share your name, email address, company and project details through the contact form or the project brief form. Each submission goes to my email inbox, and no copy stays in the website’s database. I use that information only to reply to you and to quote and manage your project.

Nobody else receives your information from me for marketing, and I never sell it.

Outside Services

Below are the outside services I use to run this site, along with links to their privacy policies.

  • Cloudflare protects the site and delivers its pages. Cloudflare processes your IP address and may set a security cookie to filter out bots. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
  • Google Fonts supplies this site’s typefaces. Your browser downloads them from Google’s servers, and Google receives your IP address with that request. Google Privacy Policy
  • Calendly handles call scheduling. Calendly collects the name, email address and answers you enter when you book a call. Calendly Privacy Notice
  • Web hosting: My hosting provider keeps standard server logs with IP addresses, browser types and pages visited for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies

I don’t use advertising or analytics cookies on this site. Cloudflare may set a security cookie, and WordPress sets login cookies only for site administrators. Calendly’s scheduling window may set its own cookies when you open it.

Your Choices

Any information you’ve sent through the forms can be deleted on request. Send me a message through the contact form, and I’ll remove it from my inbox and project files.
